How to cancel your advertising subscription

You can cancel your ad subscription at any time through this self-service portal — no need to email or call. Here's how:

1. Enter the email address you used when you placed your ad and click "Send me a manage link".
2. Check your inbox for an email from Breeding Insects Hub (check spam if you don't see it within a few minutes). Click the "Manage my ads" button in the email.
3. You'll see a dashboard showing all your ad submissions. Find the ad you want to cancel and click the red "Cancel subscription" button.
4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Important: your ad will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period — you won't lose any time you've already paid for. After the period ends, the subscription stops and no further charges will be made.

The manage link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, simply request a new one from this page.
